Built on the patented modular steel frame with polymer grip (the essential design element for wide body magazines); the STI Tactical delivers this added benefit without over-sizing the circumference of the grip. The STI Tactical is well suited for multiple applications, ranging from police and Tactical teams requiring a firearm with a light rail and increased magazine capacity, to the individual demanding a high performance pistol with special features for law enforcement. The tactical rail milled into the dust cover of the frame accepts all industry standard light mounts.
Available in 4.15” with a unique slide or in 5.0” with a tactical scallop slide, the STI 5.0 Tactical has front and rear cocking serrations, the 4.15” has rear serrations, STI dovetail front sight, and STI fixed rear sight. Fixed tritium night sights are an available option. The STI Tactical comes standard with features such as an STI stainless steel fully supported, ramped bull barrel, an STI RecoilMaster guide rod system, an STI aluminium magwell, an STI knuckle relief hi-ride grip safety, and STI ambi-thumb safeties.
